Office Manager, Front Desk Receptionist
I began working in the dental field in 1988 as a dental assistant, and after joining this practice in 1999, I started working at our front desk. I am responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient care, insurance, and payments. I enjoy being able to help patients with any questions they may have to help them achieve their dental goals. I am married to a wonderful man, and we like to travel and spend time with our grandchildren and our dog, Wilbur. I also love to relax, read a good book, and spend time with my friends.

I cater cleaning to patients’ individual needs, and while my patients consider me to be gentle, I am also very thorough. I enjoy getting to know our patients and building relationships with them. It’s so much fun to see the kids grow up right in front of us! I love animals, and I started the “pet board” at work many years ago for people to show off their pets. Looking at the board helps calm and relax patients, especially the young ones. I currently have three birds. For hobby and sports, my husband and I ride a tandem bike.

I take care of all my patients’ cleaning and maintenance needs, as well as provide instruction on effective home care. My patients are such unique individuals, and I love to provide them with the best oral health care possible while meeting their specific needs. My family is my top priority. I am married to a wonderful and supportive man, and we have three children whom I love dearly. I enjoy doing backyard work, landscaping, taking walks, playing with my dog, and spending time with friends.

I have many duties as a dental assistant. My main focus is providing patient care, assisting side-by-side with Dr. Chung, and maintaining equipment and sterilization. I make sure our patients leave their appointments happy and smiling. We have such a great team, and I enjoy working with them. Outside the office, I love practicing yoga and hiking and biking when the Seattle weather permits.

As a dental assistant I enjoy working closely with patients and Dr. Chung, organizing supplies, equipment and maintaining a clean workspace. Making sure our patients are happy is very important to me. I enjoy spending time outside, being with my family and doing puzzles.
